Coconut Milk

Oat Milk

I prepare my oat milk using presoaked oatgroats. It is slightly sweet, light and mild. I find it suitable for both sweet and savory dishes. It can be used for drinking or cooking.

Rice milk is thinner than other non-dairy milk. I make it  by mixing boiled rice and  water,  then addd  sweetener. It has a light sweet taste, I use it on my deserts or while taking coffee.
